Because we want your shopping experience to be hassle free, we will do everything we can to make it better.
All sales are final. Please review your item(s) as soon as you receive. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team at support@dawnscharmingboutique.com within two business days of receipt of your order. If you are missing and/or received incorrect items, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
The team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged.
- Please include photos and a description of the issue/defect to expedite the resolution process.
- Merchandise can be returned for store credit.
- Once the carrier scans your return package, a discount code will be sent to the email address used when the order was originally placed. The discount code can be used on your next order, during checkout.

30-day return policy - Returns are to be postmarked within 30 days from the original delivery date.
